Alpha Application Terms
These terms cover an expression of interest in testing OpenByline. They do not grant product access or create an employment, partnership, agency, or confidentiality relationship.
Application only
Submitting the form allows the site operator to review your interest and contact you. Selection is discretionary, access is limited, and no response or timeline is guaranteed.
Your information
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are permitted to provide it. Processing is governed by the Privacy Notice.
No creative submission
Do not include manuscripts, artwork, character designs, confidential plot details, collaborator information, credentials, API keys, or rights-sensitive sources. An application is not governed project intake and does not establish authorship, ownership, or priority.
Feedback
If you later provide product feedback, you retain rights in your original expression. You allow the OpenByline project to use the ideas, observations, bug reports, and suggestions to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Testing terms
Selected testers may be required to accept additional terms addressing access, confidentiality, security, project content, data handling, and testing conduct before receiving the product.
Working identity
OpenByline and AttriSeal are intended working Alpha/Beta marks subject to formal clearance. Names, features, branding, and availability may change.
